We provide Treats, Premium Cat Food, Toys and Beds.
We highly recommend you to bring your own cat’s food. Your cat is used to their brand of food and this helps to avoid upset stomachs.
If bringing your own Toys and Bedding, we cannot guarantee that it won’t be damaged.

Medications:

We will administer owner-provided medications in accordance with instructions. There is an additional charge for administration for this service.

Booking Deposit:

Bookings may require a 50% deposit to ensure your booking. Upon admittance to PCT payment is due in full. Additional charges incurred during your pet’s stay will be payable upon pick-up of your pet.

Cancellation:

PCT requires 24 hours notice before cancellation in order to receive a deposit refund. Refunds are subject to a 5% service charge to cover POS terminal fees. If you cancel with less than the required 24 hours notice your deposit will not be refunded.

Notes:

Prices are per cabin and subject to change. If your cats are not getting along during their stay, they will be separated and you will be billed for an additional cabin space.
